Return shipping fees are paid at the customer’s expense. Beauty Mode offers complimentary shipping on exchanges. Please keep your tracking number in case the item is lost or damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow instructions. Beauty Mode is not responsible for lost or damaged return/exchange item(s) by the customer.
If your purchase is eligible for Return and/or Exchanges after reading the return policies above, please follow the instruction steps below:
Step 1: Submit a return/exchange request to email address: info.thebeautymode@gmail.com with:
⎔ Full name on the order
⎔ Order number
⎔ Items you wish to return/exchange
⎔ Allow 24–48 hours for approval.
Step 2: Once we approve your request, you will receive return confirmation via email once this step has been completed. Place your eligible item(s) in the original Beauty Mode packaging, or any well-padded envelope or box, and mail it to the address on the original envelope packaging.
Once you’ve created a return label and sent it back to us, you will receive an email confirming both the return and refund have been received and processed. It's best to provide us with a tracking number for your return or exchange package so we can anticipate your return.
